The neural engineering lab at the City College of New York recently announced that its free modeling tool, Bonsai is back online with some updates pending. For those who don’t know, Bonsai is a web based program that allows the user to run brain stimulation simulations. Bonsai is a great tool for those who are interested in tDCS to learn about and visualize the current flow through the brain. A link to bonsai, as well as to spheres (a similar matlab based software) is available under the Free tDCS Modeling Tools tab located at the top of our webpage. It can also be found here.
